Working with Brooke Sanders was honestly one of the most memorable parts of buying our first home. From a few short minutes after meeting her, my husband and I knew that there was no one else we would want to work with. Brooke is a fantastic realtor. Brooke sold our old home in less than a week and found us our current home. Brooke knows what she is doing, she knows the market, knows how to garner interest in a home and isn’t afraid to give a gentle push when needed to both the buyers and sellers. She is prompt to respond to questions and showings. She put us at ease when things seemed like they were not going our way. She showed us over 20 houses and never showed an ounce of frustration that we did not make an offer even though it hit 99% of our criteria. She was also busy with other clients when we were buying and we never felt like we were anything other than her top priority.

My husband and I met Brooke when we wanted to start looking for our first home. We had no idea how the process worked and were a bit nervous about the whole process. Brooke was very kind and while she offered support she let us come to our own conclusions about how we felt about each house. The second time we went with her to look at houses we had finished the list and there was one more house that had not been on the list that we could go look at. We went and we knew immediately that this was the house for us! We were so excited! Then the process started. Brooke was so kind and hung out with me during the home inspection since my husband could not be there. Through the whole process she was supportive and there for us. Then our closing date was moved back which meant my husband would not be there to sign the papers and I would have to sign for both of us. Again she sat through it with me and shared my excitement as we got closer to having our own home. I was handed the keys and she was just as excited as I was! It was comforting through this whole process to know she was our advocate, but most of all her kindness and honesty got us through the process.
