Amy is amazing !! She was so incredibly patient with my wife and I. We were all over the map in terms of where we were looking and the type home we wanted to buy. We can’t say enough good things about Amy she is going to be very successful and I think you’re very fortunate to have Amy working for you.

Amy managed on both ends (sale/purchase) of our situation with a level of elegance we have yet to experience. Amy seemed to know, at all times, which levers to pull while remaining patient with our requirements. Amy made herself available several late nights to drill down details. She had a heightened sense of urgency to every text that we sent and provided a corresponding and timely response. Amy let us know at every turn (and there were many) when our lender or otherwise was potentially falling down or when any small requirement was being missed. Amy did not attempt to influence us and/or our decision in any regard but let us drive both the conversation and recommendations. These are seemingly intuitive components to the art of real estate agency but so often go overlooked.

We will not tell anyone else that they “should” use Amy as their agent (not our place) but we will, and with all certainty, say we are so glad she was ours. We feel we gained a friend.

We were so happy working with Amy and Firefly. As first time home buyers with a toddler and a newborn the home buying process seemed like a lot to take on. Both Amy and Doug helped us through every aspect of the process. They were patient and responsive and genuinely wanted to make sure we found the right home for our family. We are so grateful for all of Amy’s hard work and quite honestly will miss seeing her so regularly.
