Why I'm Firefly

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, having grown up in a Washington Heights duplex, then later moving to next-door Wauwatosa. In my 20s, I enjoyed fleece and flannel living in Seattle for 2 years, then bought my first home on Bainbridge Island, an unfinished tri-level construction overlooking Puget Sound that my husband and I spent 5 all-consuming years finishing. Although I loved our house, I felt completely elated when we sold. Sometimes you know when you’re ready to move on.

Relocating back to Wisconsin, we initially moved in with my parents. While family can be wonderful, sharing a house was 100% motivation to find our next home. Walkability to the village, access to downtown, and a finished, move-in ready home were our top priorities and we found them in a newly bustling Tosa.

Real estate is my second career and one that I feel both passionate and lucky about choosing. After college, I worked for 20 years as an occupational therapist, helping people learn how to maximize independence and return home after injury or illness. Almost always, a patient’s goal was to return home. As a Realtor for the past 5 years, I have had the great opportunity to help people find a new home or say goodbye to their old one, sometimes at the same time. Just as before, I take on my clients’ specific goals as my own and prioritize a smooth life transition through education and strategy.

I work with an outstanding group of individuals at Firefly Real Estate, an independent and locally owned brokerage sharing a similar passion and commitment to its clients. We offer full and dedicated buyer/seller representation, unparalleled value, and incredible social media reach.

Whether you are buying or selling, it would be my honor to be your Realtor and to help you succeed with your goals.
