Anne helped our daughter navigate finding and buying her first home, so my husband and I valued Anne’s experience as a realtor before we worked with her.  There are many accolades one can use to describe Anne – hardworking, patient, thorough, and a good listener are just a few.  But I think what impressed us the most was how responsive Anne was.  It established a level of comfort and trust that was indispensable as we searched for a home from out of state.  We were never left handing or in doubt of the nuances surrounding purchasing a home in the current housing market.  Highly recommend!

It was such a pleasure to work with Anne and Firefly!  Anne was recommended to us from friends, and working with her has made the home-buying process less intimidating, less stressful, and more enjoyable.  Anne has been such an asset from beginning to end.  As first-time homebuyers, we came to Anne with a general idea of what we were looking for in a house, but unsure of how to get to the finish line.  Anne guided us through the home-buying process and was there to support us at every step.  She was always available to answer questions, whether about the homes we were touring or how to make a competitive offer, and she provided her opinions and expertise when we needed advice.  We are sad we will no longer be needing to work with such a wonderful person but we are also unbelievably grateful for the work she did to help us find a house we love.  We would happily recommend her and the Firefly team to anyone looking to buy a house.

We chose Anne to help us find our new home in Wauwatosa.  This was our first time purchasing a home, and we really did not know where to start.  Anne was super helpful and educated us about the entire process.  She kept us up to date on new listings, was very knowledgeable about the current Wauwatosa market, and was extremely prompt in responding to anything we reached out about.  During showings, she guided us on what to look for (good or bad).  After we received an accepted offer, she made sure we had all of the necessary paperwork filled out and steps completed before closing.  Throughout the whole process, Anne was calm, patient, not pushy at all, and seemed genuinely passionate about finding us the perfect home.  She helped makes this process so much less stressful, and we’d definitely work with her again in the future!
