I had interviewed highly recommended real estate agents before a friend directed us to Firefly. Three things stand out about the experience with Firefly.
1) Firefly is absolutely expert on the Tosa market. A well-known real estate company had recommended listing at $30K less than the Firefly recommended list price. With the Firefly list price, we had an offer for list price on the first day on the market.
2) Our agent Betsey listened to us about what was feasible budget-wise in terms of preparing the house for sale. She gave us expert advice on how to maximize our house prep budget.
3) Betsey was an absolute ninja about keeping the pending purchase on track, solving issues as they arose, seeing solutions I didn’t see, and advocating for us with lenders, buyers, contractors and inspectors. I was utterly amazed by the level of service. In a highly stressful time for us, Betsey was the person we relied on to be on top of it all. Every detail. Every day.

Betsey was very accommodating with the process of selling my home, explaining everything and making it as easy as possible. She was so reassuring about the sale of my house and of course it sold in the manner exactly as she predicted. I remember sitting with her late at night going over offers and thinking “Okay, Betsey’s got this. She knows what to do.” I would highly recommend her to anyone but especially for her knowledge of Tosa and the surrounding market.
