As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous to start the process. I felt more at ease once I had my introduction appointment with Carrie. She jumped into action right away and scheduled showings for the next day. Carrie really wanted to make sure the house I picked was the right fit for me and would ask what I liked and didn’t like to help narrow it down. She was extremely responsive and kept the lines of communication open throughout the whole process so I never felt like I was in the dark. Despite being new to realty, it didn’t show. She knew a lot about each step of the process, what to look for in each house, and the area I was looking in. Carrie is very friendly and attentive to her clients. I definitely felt spoiled by the whole process with how easy it was. Overall, I would highly recommend Carrie and Firefly Real Estate and would work with them in the future.
