New to the Wauwatosa area, we began our search for a new home online and by attending open houses.  The first open house we went to is where we first met Doug.  From the moment he introduced himself, we could tell that he was unlike most other realtors we’ve met over the years.  He was honest, patient, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he was real with us.  The second open house we attended that day is when we first met Colleen.  We found that she has the same level of professionalism, which was quite comforting.  And believe it or not, the third house we visited there was Doug.  It turns out that all three of the homes that made the top of our list were Firefly Real Estate listings.  We knew that Doug was the right choice for us and began discussing our wants and needs.  You will find that Doug is kind, genuine, and patient.  Qualities desired, but rarely found.  Over the next few weeks, Doug was able to schedule twenty-five or thirty viewings of multiple styles of homes with us.  He was prompt in responding to emails, texts, and phone calls, and allowed us to view each home at our own pace, as many times as we wanted.  Hands down, this was the best home buying experience we’ve ever had!  You WILL find your dream home with Doug by your side.
