As first time home buyers Jackie was so great to work with, we only have good things to say! With the market being so tough right now we went into the process with low expectations and Jackie immediately eased our doubts and got right to work. She was flexible with showings and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of buying a home. Jackie spent time learning about what we wanted in a house and found us the perfect home for our family, and well under budget. Jackie responded to all our texts and emails well within 24 hours and advocated for us when needed. We are beyond grateful and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.

Jackie has amazing care and attention to detail throughout the entirety of the buying process. She truly went above and beyond to get us the house of our dreams. For example, we initially looked at a house near a school and (without us asking) drove around the area during school pick up time to see how busy the area would be. She worked very hard to ensure the home we were buying was right for us and always kept our best interest at the forefront. Also, Jackie will continue to stay by your side after you move in and help you work out the quirks a new home presents with the seller. Lastly, Jackie assisted us greatly through an appraisal gap and was able to get the sale price lowered. She has great expertise and professionalism! Committing to selling a beloved home can be an emotional process, and I am so very grateful to Jaclyn – it was her supportive, reassuring, tireless presence that got us through. All the way. She fielded my many questions promptly and thoughtfully. She was a guiding voice of reason helping us to prioritize which house-prepping details merited more attention, or less. The Offer to purchase came with a number of contingencies (via VA loan), which initially felt overwhelming, until Jaclyn sat down with us and helped us effectively manage our concerns. When the time came for addressing buyers’ requested repairs, she went right to work connecting us with reasonably priced contractors who could accommodate our timetable. We had a few hiccups (on our end) during the closing process, and Jaclyn maintained patience and unwavering calm professionalism throughout.
