He gave great advice on properties when it came to making an offer and had great experience with pointing out water lines or the age of mechanicals. Being a first time home buyer I wasn’t sure what all to expect, but right from the get go Joey did a great job explaining how the process worked, and helped make me feel comfortable and confident making my decisions. Joey was always readily available to show me homes as soon as they came on the market, which with the way houses were selling at the time, was a huge factor in how I was able to get my house. There was a bit of uncertainty with my job transition when I first started looking so it took me longer than I had liked to finally commit to buying a home, but not once throughout the process did he make me feel rushed or pressured in to anything I wasn’t 100% comfortable with. Joey, and Firefly as a whole, are quite knowledgeable about local market as well as Milwaukee and surrounding areas, which is nice because he was able to give me great advice on areas and houses to look at that were in my price range, without having to sacrifice the location. All in all I could not be happier with the way the buying process went and would highly recommend Joey and Firefly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Milwaukee area.

We chose Joey as our second Realtor after letting our first Realtor go. BEST. DECISION. EVER.
