We were first time home buyers and had so many questions & fears about buying our home. We originally were going to work another company but we had a lot of questions they hadn’t answered. We wanted to look at a home with them & we didn’t hear back from them for 3 days, we were frustrated. We met Karla at an open house & noticed immediately the contrast between her & the last company. We knew she was who we wanted to work with. She welcomed us to come sit down with her & chat more about we wanted. What I loved the most about Karla was that from the beginning, she made us feel like we were her only client, treated us like we were family, & gave us honest answers to every question first home buyers like us had (there were a lot of them)! We felt like we were looking for a home together and that we were no longer on an island doing this alone. She sincerely cared about finding us the RIGHT home. Do to the competitive market we lost a few homes in bidding wars but Karla never gave up on us & endlessly searched for a home until we found the perfect one! I was so thankful that she was on this journey with us. When we closed I was honestly sad that we weren’t going to see each other as much because she became a dear friend. Karla listened to what we wanted, calmed all our fears, & found us a beautiful first home.
