From the moment we started the process of selling our home, Katie was on top of everything, answering our questions very promptly and walking us through the process very efficiently. From our first meeting until after the close of our house, Katie showed timeliness, diligence and great organizational skills, which made us feel so comfortable to have her selling our house for us. Her professional, upbeat attitude and true passion for customer service is evident in all she does. Truly, she is one of the nicest people we have ever met! She has gone above and beyond several times on our behalf and we have truly been privileged to have her as our realtor.

We just wanted to highlight some of our favorite things about her hard work and dedication to be more specific. Katie picked up any paperwork she needed right from our house, we never had to meet her or drop anything off. She texted, called or emailed almost every day to help us keep updated. On top of that, she got back to any questions we had in no more than an hour…ever! Even late at night!! She explained lien waivers and disclosures to us in ways we could understand which made us feel more at ease. Finally, when I left some sentimental jewelry in our house, she was so kind and helped work with the buyers to help me get it back- even though it was a week after we closed!

We feel so blessed to have had such a stellar experience selling our house. We know that this occurred because we chose to have a Firefly Real Estate sign in our front yard with Katie Sprague’s name on it.
