This was our third home purchase and the fourth Realtor we’ve worked with as a buyer’s agent and we have never had a more engaged Realtor than Katie Wakefield. Katie is an extremely knowledgeable Realtor who is sensitive to each individual house transaction. In a seller’s market full of multiple bid scenarios, she helped us negotiate appropriately with the seller. We saved at least $11,000 by working with Katie as our buyer’s agent – I simply would not have negotiated as aggressively without her support. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Plus, Katie is a very friendly person with a great sense of humor which made our face-to-face interactions a lot of fun!

Katie is the only real estate agent we’d choose to work with.  She’s experienced, very responsive and professional.  She helped us buyer our first home in Wauwatosa and then sell that home and buy our current home in Delayed.  Her knowledge of the area is extremely valuable, and she has a great eye for home value and potential investment opportunities.  She definitely understood exactly what we were looking for in our homes.  Katie is a great communicator and savvy negotiator, but most of all, she made us feel comfortable and confident in our home purchases.  We really appreciated all of her hard work and would highly recommend her!

The selling of our home was a somewhat sudden, and quite stressful experience, including moving our family halfway across the country.
