I’m originally from Wauwatosa but haven’t been back in the area in years. When we decided to move back to the area we knew the Tosa market was hot but didn’t realize how hot it was. We asked a friend of ours for a recommendation and he gave us Kyle’s name right away and we couldn’t have been happier. First off, he is extremely responsive and flexible. When houses are getting multiple offers the day they go on the market this is an invaluable skill to have. Kyle was quick to schedule a showing even at odd times of the day. Second, he knows the market well. He gave us a good run down of the pros and cons of each house and the neighborhood it was in. And third, he was very honest with us about the houses we toured. If he didn’t think it was a fit for us he’d tell us instead of beating around the bush. He wouldn’t tell us what we wanted to hear, he’d tell us facts which we greatly appreciate after our previous home buying experience in another state. I can’t recommend Kyle enough!!
