When interviewing prospective buyer’s agents back in May, Kyle Sprague was the only one to make the meeting about us and truly finding out what we wanted in our first home. And, even though our search evolved as we toured more homes, Kyle was always available at a moment’s notice to tour homes and answer questions. I bought and sold a house through Kyle Sprague. Kyle was excellent on both sides of the transaction and I would highly recommend him. Kyle always had my best interest in mind. Kyle’s name came at the recommendation of a work colleague who knew my wife and I were knew to Wisconsin, unfamiliar with the city and looking for a new home.  In a tough market with a limited housing selection, Kyle was always quick to respond and always able to set up appointments to go see homes we were interested in.  We spent several months with Kyle until we found the right home.  Throughout our search, I always felt Kyle was our advocate with our best interest in mind.  He made comments and recommendations as needed and was an overall pleasure to work with.  Kyle, we appreciate all your hard work and patience in helping us find an awesome new home!

Kyle was great and proved to be a wonderful asset in our home search within the City of Wauwatosa, WI.  We personally know a lot of realtors but knew that Kyle and Firefly would be our best bet. Wauwatosa is a very hot market and Kyle did a very good job of getting us prepared so that when we saw the house we liked, we were ready and set to move forward. We found the house we wanted but it had two other offers submitted with a strict deadline. Kyle worked quickly yet efficiently with us to determine a solid offer to submit to the sellers before our time ran out. We ended up beating out the other two offers thanks to his experience and knowledge of that market. Working with Kyle was very fulfilling and we felt like we were working with a family member because he always had our best interests in mind. We looked at over 15 properties before finding the right one and he was more than patient though out our search. He would constantly send us homes that he knew were a good fit for what we wanted. He was well prepared to discuss comps in the area as well as any other information about the neighborhoods we were in. We were unlike normal home shoppers being that my husband and I worked different shifts. However, Kyle made separate appointments to view the properties we were interested in at any hour we were available without hesitation.
