I hadn’t met Kyle before our recent home buying experience, but I’m happy I did. We started working with Kyle over a year ago, when my wide and I first got the idea that we wanted to start looking at homes. Kyle was incredibly helpful in showing us things we were interested in, and suggesting other homes that fit our criteria. He made himself available at every possibility for all communications, and went well out of his way to accommodate our schedules for showings and any questions we had.

This was our first home, and I could not believe how easy he made everything. He put us in touch with multiple lenders that made my research much easier. He suggested some excellent insurance agents, home inspectors, etc.

Kyle was there at a moments notice with answers to all of our questions, and was quick to tell us if he didn’t know something. If he didn’t, he got back to us as soon as humanly possible with an answer after he figured it out. He answered our calls and texts and emails very quickly, and we never once felt like we were waiting for him to “get around to us” when he had time.

I can’t say enough about our experience working with Kyle. He is very personable, incredibly helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in what we had to say and what we wanted in a home.
