We are so happy to have found Mallory and Firefly Real Estate! My husband and I had considered selling our house about 4 years ago and had 2 realtors come over and check out our house. We were disappointed in their evaluation (old house, nothing comparable in the Muskego area, etc). When we decided that 2023 might be the right time to revisit the opportunity to sell, we found Firefly Real Estate. We had never heard of this company but decided to invite Mallory to give us her evaluation. We had no idea what to expect as our house was built in the 1920’s. Mallory was so positive about our house. We were excited to learn that she, as well as Firefly, sell many older homes, particularly in Wauwatosa and the greater Milwaukee area. We felt she was an expert and saw the qualities in our house that we had always valued. We were given a timeline as to what to expect at each date. The staging/photos turned out beautifully. How valuable that was! Everything was seamless. Mallory was quick to respond to phone calls, texts, and emails. She kept us up to date with everything. She was respectful as far as our schedule was concerned. The final result was more than we expected. We can’t say enough about our wonderful experience with Mallory and Firefly Real Estate!

Mallory was extremely professional, friendly, and responsive from first introduction through closing- no exaggeration to say the most professional person I have worked with in years. She communicates clearly, lays out expectations, and carefully tracks all the details. While I know she has other clients, I felt like her only client in how she was able to accommodate appointment requests and other meetings during the buying process. Mallory also made me feel cared for on a personal level, always warm, helpful, and thoughtful. I had felt nervous going into this process not knowing the in’s and out’s of home buying, and Mallory quickly alleviated that with her expertise and calm guidance along the journey. Mallory was SO excellent. She was well informed, thoughtful, strategic, and so patient in guiding us through the home buying and selling process, and the many emotions that come along with it. I joked several times she was almost our therapist navigating us through the ups and downs of the process. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process, really appreciated the extra details put in by Firefly & Mallory.

Mallory was so wonderful. She did a great job walking us through the property and explaining things to look for and things to make sure we think about when writing an offer. She was very helpful with the offer writing process and explained anything that we had questions about. The process was so enjoyable! After writing the offer (and having it accepted!), Mallory continued to answer any questions along the way. She always had answers for us and was always available to talk. I don’t think we plan on buying another house anytime soon, be we would pick Firefly and Mallory again if we do!

We were purchasing a Milwaukee downtown condo for our son but doing it from out of state. Mallory Smith did a fantastic job of showings us various units via FaceTime with our son present in WI. We would have felt very uncomfortable making this large a purchase without being onsite, but Mallory put us at ease as I knew she was looking out for us.
