When we decided to sell our home and move to a new one we thought we would get some help. We called Trish and set up a meeting within a couple of days. Trish came over to our house and explained the process to us, find out what we wanted and take a look at our house. She made some recommendations to prepare our house for selling and set up an account to look at houses online. We got our house in order, put it on the market and four days later we got an offer. Luckily for us they did not want to move in until two months later. We spent that two months looking at hundreds of houses rejecting some online, some during a drive by and about 50 walking through. During the whole process we changed our minds several times on where we wanted to be and spend, she was patient and professional the whole time. We are now in the last home we will buy. Trish was absolutely awesome in helping me find my home. She helped me research a multitude of homes in person and via email, and was an excellent resource in knowing what to look for in a home based off of my criteria. She assisted in suggesting homes and areas that might be appealing to me, and she was right on the money!
