We recently relocated from California to the Milwaukee area and while we were familiar with the home buying process in California, Amy did a fantastic job of navigating the market here for us, and helping us understand how the process works in Wisconsin. Timing is everything in this hot market!!  I called Amy at 8am when I saw a house for sale that I was interested in and she got me in that very morning to look, as the sign was being pounded in the ground by the listing agent.  An offer was written and accepted by 6pm that evening.  From that point forward, Amy was very good at facilitating forward progress with the seller, and was always accessible.  Most importantly, her demeanor is perfect for the work she does…Amy remains calm, professional and compassionate.  She understands that buying a home is a very emotional and a big life change and she really holds your hand.  Thanks Amy!

As first time buyers in a crazy seller’s market, we really appreciated Amy’s thoroughness, patience and expertise. Specifically, her knowledge of the market conditions in Tosa was a huge asset to us.
