My husband and I began our house hunting process in September of 2015, just as the market was slowing down… We had a very specific area in Tosa, specific budget, and list of “must haves”. Admittedly we went into the process a bit naive to the pace of buying a home. As thanksgiving rolled around and we weren’t in our new home we began to get a little discouraged.
