Anne helped our daughter navigate finding and buying her first home, so my husband and I valued Anne’s experience as a realtor before we worked with her.  There are many accolades one can use to describe Anne – hardworking, patient, thorough, and a good listener are just a few.  But I think what impressed us the most was how responsive Anne was.  It established a level of comfort and trust that was indispensable as we searched for a home from out of state.  We were never left handing or in doubt of the nuances surrounding purchasing a home in the current housing market.  Highly recommend!

We chose Anne to help us find our new home in Wauwatosa.  This was our first time purchasing a home, and we really did not know where to start.  Anne was super helpful and educated us about the entire process.  She kept us up to date on new listings, was very knowledgeable about the current Wauwatosa market, and was extremely prompt in responding to anything we reached out about.  During showings, she guided us on what to look for (good or bad).  After we received an accepted offer, she made sure we had all of the necessary paperwork filled out and steps completed before closing.  Throughout the whole process, Anne was calm, patient, not pushy at all, and seemed genuinely passionate about finding us the perfect home.  She helped makes this process so much less stressful, and we’d definitely work with her again in the future!
