When interviewing prospective buyer’s agents back in May, Kyle Sprague was the only one to make the meeting about us and truly finding out what we wanted in our first home. We were first time home buyers and had so many questions & fears about buying our home. We originally were going to work another company but we had a lot of questions they hadn’t answered. We wanted to look at a home with them & we didn’t hear back from them for 3 days, we were frustrated. We met Karla at an open house & noticed immediately the contrast between her & the last company. Timing is everything in this hot market!!  I called Amy at 8am when I saw a house for sale that I was interested in and she got me in that very morning to look, as the sign was being pounded in the ground by the listing agent.  An offer was written and accepted by 6pm that evening.  From that point forward, Amy was very good at facilitating forward progress with the seller, and was always accessible.  Most importantly, her demeanor is perfect for the work she does…Amy remains calm, professional and compassionate.  She understands that buying a home is a very emotional and a big life change and she really holds your hand.  Thanks Amy!
