My husband and I bought our first home yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with Kyle or Firefly! We started our house hunting process about a year ago and with a different company. After a few weeks with this other company, I decided we needed a change. I had followed firefly online and knew this is the company I wanted. We contacted them and they gave us Kyle. Kyle is the best!! We probably looked at over 50 homes all ranging from Milwaukee to Waukesha. Kyle was so patient with us and excited to show us every home. These homes ranged from fixer uppers to move in ready homes and he still was enthusiastic no matter which one it was. He would get us in to see houses last minute and was very knowledgeable about each home and the condition of things in it. We could not say enough good things about him!

We recently relocated from California to the Milwaukee area and while we were familiar with the home buying process in California, Amy did a fantastic job of navigating the market here for us, and helping us understand how the process works in Wisconsin. She was very responsive with her communication, and worked to get us the very best deal on our home. My husband and I really felt as though she was our advocate throughout the entire process.

From the first moment of contact where Jenna replied to my interest in a home on Zillow with personal contact, not just a robotext, Jenna has been an amazing person to work with. She got us into every home we wanted to look at incredibly quickly, and walked us through the entire home buying process. She fought for us when we experienced issues with our lending company and advocated for us when working with the listing agent. During our home buying process our son was born premature and went through heart surgery days after birth. Jenna worked around our schedule and honestly, showed herself to be more than just a realtor. Shes a great person, and we can not recommend her enough!

Anne Mueller and the Firefly team really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth transaction, even though we were buying from out of state. First Anne did a Facetime walk through when the property went on the market and I wasn’t available to see it live. Then even though our offer was not accepted she stayed in contact with the sellers agent and when the initial offer fell through she was able to help us get the property at a great price with a quick close. She always kept us informed, represented our best interests, and paid extra attention to detail to ensure a quick and successful closing. Anne has great knowledge of the local Wauwatosa market and we highly recommend Anne to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Milwaukee area, and we will definitely work with her again in the future.
