Anne Mueller and the Firefly team really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth transaction, even though we were buying from out of state. First Anne did a Facetime walk through when the property went on the market and I wasn’t available to see it live. Then even though our offer was not accepted she stayed in contact with the sellers agent and when the initial offer fell through she was able to help us get the property at a great price with a quick close. We recently moved from Oconomowoc to Wauwatosa. As empty nesters looking to change it up quite a bit, we had a pretty specific list of requirements for our next home. Karla was amazing from start to finish with the sale of my home. She has the best personality, and really has a way of calming the nerves of an anxious buyer. I really felt like Karla was on this journey with me. The first buyer I had fell through due to a home sale contingency on their end. When beginning the search for our new home, we began to ask friends for recommendations for real estate agents who know Wauwatosa. To a one, they recommended that we approach Firefly. Trish guided me through the process of selling the duplex I had owned for 19 years.  She helped me determine a fair asking price, guided me through the process, and I felt comfortable with all decisions.  My duplex sold quickly, with multiple offers.  This can be a confusing scenario for anyone who’s not into real estate.  There were many differences among the offers – Trish presented the offers side by side and explained them fully so I could make the best choice.  I trusted her and felt confident with her expertise.  I couldn’t be happier with her service.

When interviewing prospective buyer’s agents back in May, Kyle Sprague was the only one to make the meeting about us and truly finding out what we wanted in our first home. And, even though our search evolved as we toured more homes, Kyle was always available at a moment’s notice to tour homes and answer questions. After we found “the one”, he guided us step-by-step through drafting an offer, navigating negotiations, and ensuring that all parties stuck to the schedule. We would definitely recommend working with Kyle and will certainly reach out to him the next time we are in the market to buy or sell a home.

We were first time home buyers and had so many questions & fears about buying our home. We originally were going to work another company but we had a lot of questions they hadn’t answered. Timing is everything in this hot market!!  I called Amy at 8am when I saw a house for sale that I was interested in and she got me in that very morning to look, as the sign was being pounded in the ground by the listing agent.  An offer was written and accepted by 6pm that evening.  From that point forward, Amy was very good at facilitating forward progress with the seller, and was always accessible.  Most importantly, her demeanor is perfect for the work she does…Amy remains calm, professional and compassionate.  She understands that buying a home is a very emotional and a big life change and she really holds your hand.  Thanks Amy!
